Free Library of Philadelphia

I updated the design of the homepage for the Free Library, as well as moved the entire site into a single responsive template. Previously, the pages were hard-coded in tables making the content both hard to update and not accessible. The new layout uses Bootstrap for a consistent framework. The homepage features numerous content areas that are updated regularly. With these changes, the site’s bounce rate dropped 11%.
